For years Cathy has made art. Exploring and experimenting with various mediums, she draws from her previous artistic adventures to create fresh, exciting pieces that stimulate and evoke emotions in those who view them.
Strongly influenced by the balance of nature around her, you can often see the shimmer of mercury like water, the sparkle of crystaline ice and foggy mist of lake shore mornings in her redefined interpretations of life.
Her jewellery reflects this "almost real-what if it was this way" approach to life as well. No two pieces are the same and she uses a surprising array of materials in her creations. The soft glow of fresh water pearls, torchwork glass beads she makes herself, twinkling Swarovsky crystals, unique metal worked charms and czech seed beads are some of the ingredients in her wearable art.
